40 West
We just hit the 40 West heading towards Amarillo. We are almost to Texas and I haven’t even had one red bull yet. Its muggy but with the window down and immediate tornado warnings surrounding us – its quite nice. The twister hit down just 75mi to the of North of us. Its moving NE right now so we should be OK.
Listened to the Refused”s ‘The Shape of Punk to Come’. Has to be one of my top 5 albums of all time. It still has the same power it did when I first heard it and it still brings out the anger and social awareness it inspired over ten years ago. Mixed that with a little Boy Sets Fire and I was ready to go.
Lastly – the middle of the country is built to make you fat and stupid.
The tornado just hit some cows.

Amarillo by morning…..
The FU-Haul train is motoring through middle America and past the 137th Jesus themed bilboard. 55 in a construction in the rain sucks but the turkey and cheese is delicious.
Just booked another show from the road. As you may or may not know I am currently visualizing for a band out of Hollywood by way of San Diego and with the monicure THE SEA OF CORTEZ. I have to push up the production of the visuals to meet the deadline for the new show. Its August at The Unknown Theater in Hollywood CA.
Other news, the date for the SAN DIEGO show at Anthology with TRANSFER has been bumped up tp June 20. Word is I will be working with DJ Gabe Vega as well as live band visuals.

The journey begins!
So mine lady and I are all packed and heading out to California to start our life together. Who would have thought that a girl who bleeds eagle green would agree to come to the land of sunshine. This is going to be one hell of a trip!
