New Loops for Anthology Show, originally uploaded by johnryanshea.

After MNF I jumped into the studio to work on clips for the upcoming
Anthology show Oct. 3rd with Transfer. The show is a ³Vote for Change² show
which throws it¹s support behind Obama and his run for candidacy. Being that
I am a fervent supporter of Obama, I am very excited to take part. The clips
I worked on tonight were for television monitors that will be placed on the
stage and physically affected to look torn apart and futuristic. Transfers
Johnny pneumonic that doesn¹t totally suck. Attached is a still I took from
a white noise American Flag I created. I will be uploading performance
footage and photos from the next show early next week so check back or head
out to the show. The link is under the ³tour² section of my site complete
with ticket and map links.

Ziggy has always made me feel better. Not that I wasn’t feeling good in the first place but on a lazy Sunday when the mood is light – Ziggy is a great way to bring a smile to the face.

Just picked up a new MacBook Pro to beef up the processing power of my rig. Very happy. Have to go to a Dodger’s game now but all I want to do is play. I have an update on the upcoming Oct. 3rd show with Transfer at Anthology in SD. Jeremy Glaholt (aka. Tanner), is coming onto the show with me to produce some scenic elements and also for some visual/camera feed work that will accompany those scenic elements. More to come soon. Just got the set list. New Song Alert!

The airport in Sanfrancisco has long been one of my favorites to lay over in. You can get soup in a breadbowl at two different locations and the microbrew is descent if you are there for cocktail hour. Much preferred to the smoke and ching-ching-ching of the Las Vegas airport.

Another nice point is the ever changing walkway museum that features all sorts of focused subject matter depending on when you are there. Comic, coldwar space travel toys and comicbook literature are featured prominantly. Make sure to take the middle pathway and avoid the moving sidewalks if you end up here anytime soon.

Also avoid the ham&cheese from Gordon&Beirsch. Awful!

I met this gentleman in Morristown, OH who built this bike out of a honda body, volkswagen engine and corvette rear-end. He was a guard at the festival I was at. When he would leave at night you could see the round drilled out lights in the rear that would allow the air to flow through rather than pickup the backend. Props to Japanermamerican engineering.
